Notes:
- All information that is updated on LDS.org is automatically synced with MLS and vis versa. Members can update their own phone numbers, email addresses, and pictures. Bishops, Clerks and Bishopric members can update anyones emails and phone numbers on LDS.org. All other information needs to be updated in MLS. See below tutorials
Step 1: This the home screen of MLS. For a clerk or bishop to change a members information, he must first click on Individual Record under the Membership Records area.

Step 1: This the home screen of MLS. For a clerk or bishop to change a members information, he must first click on Individual Record under the Membership Records area.
Step 2: Next there will be a list of ward members in alphabetical order. Find the individual that you would like to edit and click on their name. The page below with their information should pop up.
Step 3: The left hand side of the window consists of different sections of information. Start with selecting what you would like to edit. In this example, we are going to edit the contact information. Here is what the contact information page looks like.
Step 4: To edit the information on this page, click on the edit which corresponds to what you want to edit.
This will enable you to edit the individual's information. When finished, make sure to click close at the bottom right of the window to save your changes.
Step 5: That's it! Pressing close will take you back to the MLS home page where we started. Repeat the process to change additional pieces of information.
